In this report, we share the concluding findings from the pilot phase of the Association for Women in Science (AWIS’) STEM to Market (S2M) initiative, funded by the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation from December 2016 to June 2019 and the Women of Color in Computing Collaborative from November 2018 to December 2019.
